For people who don’t recognize the wall, it’s the one outside the Presidential Palace. According to Haykakan Zhamanak’s Hayk Gevorgyan, the graffiti was cleaned off in 15 minutes. A related issue, however, is how on earth someone managed to do that when there are police parked opposite 24/7. I wonder what happened to those guys on duty? One guesses that no one would want to swap places with them when Kocharian saw the graffiti.
